When forming the Program of the Second Conference of Self-Regulation Development in Healthcare the emphasis is made on the problem of physicians' professional Self-Regulation formation in Russia
For the first time participants of discussions can get acquainted with similar foreign experience firsthand.

I Self-Regulation Development Conference was held in June 2017 at the platform of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation
Earlier December 2014 and October 2015 this topic was risen by organizers at round-table meetings in the Civic Chamber of Russian Federation
In addition, this topic discussion is regular at the self-Regulation Council meetings in CCI of the Russian Federation
As a result, the idea of voluntary professional self-regulation within certain practices has already found many followers
Nowadays these are organizations registered and working:
regional SRO of traumatologists and orthopedists as well as SRO of MRI diagnostic specialists and SRO of phlebologists uniting specialists from all about Russia

Goals of professional physicians' SRO are to systematically improve qualification level of medical practitioners, form independent expert community and, as a result, protect physicians in controversial and ambiguous situations which initiate criminal proceedings
In general, the Professional Self-Regulation Movement promises a positive impact on quality and availability of medical care services
Key topic of the Conference 2018 will reveal current issues of professional physicians' Self-Regulation: the need of legislative changes, special aspects of Association work in regions and at the federal level, SRO status
The Conference speakers are representatives of current Professional Medical Associations (of federal and regional levels) that have or have not got Self-Regulated Organisation status.
Furthermore, representatives of Self-Regulation Council of CCI of the Russian Federation, Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, Healthcare Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Public Council of the Ministry of Health, national medical and public organizations will present their reports and take part in discussions
